- How long does it take to complete an album design?
- Your
album design will be completed in 7 business days. However, Rush
service designs are completed in 24 hours for an additional fee.
- How much payment do I need to make to get a design
started?
- We charge for 1/2 of the design fee to start your design. The second 1/2 fee is charged once you approve the design.
- How many revisions are allowed after I see my initial
design?
- You can review the design and make revisions on all the pages twice at no extra fee.
- How will my clients see the album design?
- We will send you a PDF slideshow with the design preview. You can forward this directly to your client.
- What happens when I approve the design?
- Once
you approve your design, we will charge for the 2nd half of your design
fee and upload high-resolution jpegs to your account.
